Jeffrey Padwa is an experienced and capable trial attorney. He is president of the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association and past president of the New Lawyer's Division of the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America). He writes a monthly column for Prime Time, a monthly magazine for seniors, gives seminars at libraries and senior centers on health, legal & long-term care planning issues facing seniors and has appeared on radio talk shows to discuss nursing home issues. He sends out a Nursing Home Litigation Newsletter twice a year to more than one thousand lawyers across the country and lectures to other attorneys on nursing home litigation.
